The queen sized room offered spacious comfort, allowing for a good night's sleep in a peaceful atmosphere. The quality of complimentary toiletries was impressive.
Reception closing early left us figuring out how to access our rooms, which could have been smoother if proper communication was in place. Both rooms were quite cold upon arrival, needing significant time to warm up, with the bathrooms remaining chilly due to non-functioning heating. a simple handheld shower over the bath was inconvenient, especially after a long day on the road, leaving little room for comfort during a shampoo session.

The rooms are spacious with high-quality furnishings, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Beds are super comfy, ensuring a good night’s sleep with really good views of the surrounding area.
There’s a lack of proper shower facilities, with many rooms featuring only handheld showers over the bathtub, which can be tricky to use. Guests have reported problems with room temperature control upon arrival, often finding their rooms cold and needing time to warm up. The restaurant hours are pretty early, closing at 5 PM, which limits your dining options if you’re planning a later evening. Some reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, including unemptied kettles and remnants from prior guests, which can leave a less-than-great impression.

Does it deliver?
The room was massive and extremely comfortable, with a superb Queen bed! Breakfast had an excellent variety and was one of the best we've enjoyed.
Limited dining options, especially with the restaurant closing by 5 PM! The absence of a proper shower facility was quite inconvenient.

The nearby golf courses and lovely area with trees were a delight. Our room had a comfortable bed and a well-thought-out design with a nice selection of teas and coffee.
While the absence of a proper shower was a downside and the cafe food was below par, the place still had its charm despite being more of a golf club than a hotel.

Ideal for family getaways
The rooms were huge! I couldn't believe how spacious the twin room was. Super clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat, just the right mix of buffet style with fresh juices and cooked options.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but definitely worth the price.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a very large, cozy bed, though there was only a bath instead of a shower, which was an unexpected design choice. Staff were friendly and accommodating, adding a nice personal touch to the experience. Breakfast was a standout, featuring freshly cooked options and a good variety, alongside delightful homemade sweets. The early bar closing was slightly inconvenient, but drinks could be taken back to the room without issue.
